The award supports four nurses annually with awards starting at $2,000—used to further their knowledge and skills in bone marrow transplant for patients with cancer, by attending a virtual or in-person educational conference or workshop.
To support non-advanced practice level registered nurses working in bone marrow transplantation by providing financial assistance to attend a nursing continuing professional development that will further the nurses' professional goals as they relate to transplant nursing. This award cannot be used for tuition in an academic program or for specialty certification.
